- Sherry Straus Added 2018-04-14★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Expected parcel today, looked to see where it was online and it appears it missed its connection ?? in North Bay. So it made it here about 930am but missed getting to the person/truck to be delivered over the next 10 hours they are open??
- Zach Boucher Added 2018-01-12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst service I have encountered in my life. I had to give them one star or else I couldn't post but they don't deserve it. I have had multiple problems with them. Firstly, they lost my $800 heavyweight item that was 7 feet long. Which I had to find myself in their warehouse. They also neglect to honour guaranteed delivery dates. Lastly, they leave parcel boxes in puddles seemingly deliberately because there is often dry ground nearby. Worst service ever. Gardewine on the other hand is the BEST shipping company EVER in my experience.
